I sat down and wrote it last night, and there are pictures to show angles and whatnot. We need a title for this movie, too, and we need to decide a few more things like shoulder plates and chest piece. Go read it and let me know what you think. Anyone that knows me should know that I do my research before I sign up on one of these sites, and I did, and obviously I was satisfied. I've always hated them, always ignored them, but when I learned that simply placing a few ads on the site would (potentially) earn me some money, I hopped on the bandwagon. I will be putting the ad code on the site and forum. If we're lucky, it should garner enough money to pay for the site. Unfortunately, the ads are targeted toward stuff that doesn't have anything to do with what we do, but still, they're there to help. |

First part of the title refers to a new thing I'm giving away: Infectionist Emails! This means you could have a you@infectionist.com email address, and log in and check your email right here, easy as pie! Read all about that in the thread this links to.
And the "Woot" part is about this being the 100th unique linked post on the frontpage. When I put a new url in the click counter (the little "visits: #" thing in the title), it gives me a link id, and I've just added the 100th unique URL. YEY! |

Rhapsody (name change from HOLY RHAPSODY) donated $10 to keep the old domain up for another year, this will help a lot because old members not aware of the new domain will be directed to the new one, and it'll help me fix all the old links.
If anyone else wants to donate to pick up a few month's bills, that'd be great, I have a $4.96 positive balance on the plan now, meaning I'll have to pay the remainder when the bill cycle comes around.

Ok, I've decided to go for it. I'm still working out the details with my host, but I think I've settled on infectionist.com. Update: I've added loads more screenshots from campaign. There are 85 total now. I'm still working on a few new features, but for the most part the part stuff is done. Now the server will automatically generate thumbnails for me and put them in the right folder, all I have to do is upload the full images, it'll also get all the filenames for me, so I don't have to manually update the script everytime I add new ones. |

Remember the desktops I posted a while back using my shiny surfaces tutorial for C4D. Well, I had some time and I decided to go back and fix some stuff that was bugging me. I rendered with anitaliasing to smooth edges, fixed lighting and textures, and improved the overall quality of the images. There are 2 variations, both offered in wide and fullscreen formats to fit any screen resolution. Enjoy! |

Bungie released a Legendary Map Pack trailer, to show off the maps. The video is set to the three new maps, and contains some really cool music and a chilling narration of Lord Byron's poem "Darkness", done by David Scully. This is definately worth a look. |

Bungie has uncovered the last of the Halo 3 DLC Legendary Map Pack maps: Blackout. Blackout is a strict remake of Lockout, as the name suggests, and looks quite good, all things considered. I'm happy that Lockout was remade, as I loved this map in the 2nd game. |

Said to be the successor to the Knights of The Old Republic games, this game is set in the Star Wars universe, but has had amazing detail and depth added to it. It's set for an April release and that's not too far away. I'm very much excited for this game. |

Hey guys, sorry there's been no activity from me, or anyone for that matter, for a while. I was going through a bunch of stuff at the same time. I got internet hooked up, then I needed to get a new router, my xbox 360 died, my gf got fired from one of her jobs, and I adopted a cat; plus I'm working all the time. I'll do better though, I got a new router which actually works and I'll try to finish the roster upgrade tonight. Sorry everyone! |
